If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or book our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, browsing our services, or booking a consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Consent Agreement, and any other policies published on our website.

2. Who We Are

MorphoClarity is a brand operated by Morpho Digital (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

All services offered under the MorphoClarity name—including Vedic guidance, coaching, counselling, healing, educational programmes, workshops, and related services—are provided by Morpho Digital. Any agreement entered into through this website is made with Morpho Digital.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By booking a consultation or using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old.
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
All information provided by you is accurate and complete.

4. Our Services

MorphoClarity provides online consultation, coaching, guidance, educational, and wellness services, including but not limited to:

Astrology
Birth Chart Readings
Prashna Shastra (Solution to Your Query)
Numerology
Palmistry
Vastu consultation
Life coaching
Counselling
Healing services
Professional training programmes
Workshops
Other related advisory, educational, coaching, and wellness services that may be introduced from time to time.

Consultations are delivered through secure online communication platforms or other methods made available by us.

Unless otherwise stated, consultations are conducted live on a one-to-one basis.

5. Booking & Payment

Bookings are made through our online booking system and are confirmed only after successful payment.

Payments are securely processed through authorised third-party payment providers, including Razorpay.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD).

By completing a booking, you agree to pay the full amount applicable to the selected service.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

6. Appointment Times

Clients are responsible for selecting the correct date, time, and time zone when booking a consultation.

MorphoClarity is not responsible for missed consultations resulting from incorrect booking information, inaccurate time zone selection, or failure to join the consultation at the scheduled time.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

You may cancel or reschedule your consultation in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Late cancellations or failure to attend a scheduled consultation may not be eligible for a refund or complimentary rescheduling.

If you join a consultation after the scheduled start time, the consultation will normally conclude at its originally scheduled end time unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may be treated as a no-show.

8. Nature of Our Services

MorphoClarity provides guidance, coaching, counselling, astrology, numerology, palmistry, Vastu consultation, energy healing, and related services for educational, informational, and personal development purposes.

Our services are not intended to replace professional advice from qualified medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professionals.

While we strive to provide thoughtful and professional guidance, we do not guarantee any particular outcome, prediction, or result arising from the use of our services.

Any decisions you make based on the information provided during a consultation remain entirely your own responsibility.

9. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information relevant to your consultation.
Provide accurate birth details where applicable.
Attend consultations at the scheduled time.
Conduct yourself respectfully throughout the consultation.
Use our services only for lawful purposes.

MorphoClarity is not responsible for limitations in the quality or accuracy of guidance resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information supplied by the client.

10. Client Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and professional environment.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a consultation without refund where a client engages in behaviour that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.

11. Practitioner Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure consultations are delivered by the practitioner advertised at the time of booking.

Where reasonably necessary, we reserve the right to substitute another suitably qualified practitioner or offer an alternative appointment.

If neither option is suitable, an appropriate resolution will be provided in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Technology & Service Interruptions

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and appropriate device for attending online consultations.

While we make reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted services, we are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or technical issues arising from internet connectivity, third-party platforms, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where appropriate, we may offer to reschedule affected consultations.

13. Recording of Sessions

Consultations are not recorded by MorphoClarity unless expressly requested by the client and agreed to by all relevant participants. If a client requests a recording of their consultation, it must be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional fee of $10.

Clients may not record, photograph, screenshot, reproduce, or distribute any consultation without our prior written consent.

14. Communications

By booking a consultation, you consent to receiving communications relating to your appointment, including:

Booking confirmations
Appointment reminders
Payment receipts
Service-related updates
Customer support communications

Marketing communications will only be sent where permitted by applicable law or where you have provided your consent.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

All content available through MorphoClarity—including but not limited to:

Text
Graphics
Logos
Branding
Designs
Consultation materials
Guides
Worksheets
Educational resources
Digital downloads

is the intellectual property of Morpho Digital or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No material may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without our prior written permission.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Morpho Digital, MorphoClarity, its practitioners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

Your participation in consultations
Your reliance upon any guidance provided
Decisions made by you following a consultation

Our maximum liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Morpho Digital, MorphoClarity, its practitioners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

18. Force Majeure

Morpho Digital shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet failures, power outages, labour disputes, or other force majeure events.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru (Bangalore), Karnataka, India.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

21. Waiver

Failure by Morpho Digital to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights available to us.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Consent Agreement, and any other policies published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Morpho Digital regarding your use of our website and services.
