Consent Agreement

This Consent Agreement applies to all services offered by MorphoClarity, a brand operated by Morpho Digital.

By booking a consultation, purchasing a service, or otherwise using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms set out below.

1. Voluntary Participation

I acknowledge that my participation in any consultation, coaching session, guidance session, healing session, workshop, training programme, or related service offered by MorphoClarity is entirely voluntary.

I understand that I am free to discontinue the use of these services at any time, subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Understanding the Nature of the Services

I understand that MorphoClarity provides consultation, coaching, educational, and wellness services, including but not limited to:

  • Vedic Guidance
  • Astrology
  • Birth Chart Readings
  • Prashna Shastra (Solution to Your Query)
  • Numerology
  • Palmistry
  • Vastu Consultation
  • Life Coaching
  • Counselling
  • Reiki Healing
  • Pranic Healing
  • Professional Training Programmes
  • Workshops
  • Other related services that may be introduced from time to time.

I understand that these services are intended to support personal insight, self-reflection, and personal development.

3. No Medical, Psychological, Legal or Financial Advice

I acknowledge that the services provided by MorphoClarity do not constitute:

  • Medical advice
  • Psychiatric advice
  • Psychological therapy
  • Legal advice
  • Financial advice
  • Tax advice
  • Investment advice
  • Any other regulated professional service.

I understand that these services are not a substitute for advice or treatment provided by appropriately qualified professionals.

4. Traditional & Complementary Practices

I understand that services such as Vedic astrology, numerology, palmistry, Vastu consultation, Reiki Healing, and Pranic Healing are traditional and complementary practices.

I acknowledge that these practices are not universally recognised as scientifically established methods and that I am choosing to participate based on my own personal beliefs, interests, and judgment.

5. No Guaranteed Outcomes

I understand that MorphoClarity cannot and does not guarantee:

  • Specific predictions
  • Personal outcomes
  • Career outcomes
  • Relationship outcomes
  • Financial results
  • Healing outcomes
  • Spiritual experiences
  • Any other particular result arising from a consultation.

I understand that every individual and situation is unique.

6. Personal Responsibility

I acknowledge that I remain solely responsible for all decisions and actions I take before, during, and after my consultation.

I understand that any guidance provided should be considered as one source of perspective among many and should not replace my own judgment or appropriate professional advice where required.

7. Accuracy of Information

I agree to provide complete and accurate information relevant to my consultation.

Where applicable, I understand that the quality of guidance depends upon the accuracy of information I provide, including birth details and other relevant information.

I understand that MorphoClarity cannot be responsible for limitations resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by me.

8. Online Consultations

I understand that consultations are conducted online using secure communication platforms or other methods made available by MorphoClarity.

I accept responsibility for ensuring that I have:

  • A reliable internet connection;
  • A suitable device; and
  • A quiet environment appropriate for the consultation.

9. Confidentiality

I understand that MorphoClarity treats information shared during consultations with respect and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

I also understand that confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by applicable law.

10. Recording of Sessions

I understand that consultations are not recorded by MorphoClarity unless I request a recording in advance and it is agreed to by all relevant participants. I understand that any requested recording is subject to an additional fee of $10.

I agree not to record, reproduce, photograph, screenshot, publish, distribute, or share any consultation without MorphoClarity’s prior written consent.

11. Refund & Cancellation Policy

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing my booking.

I understand that consultations are generally non-refundable and that any rescheduling requests are handled in accordance with the published policy.

12. Acceptance of Legal Policies

I confirm that I have read and agree to the following documents available on the MorphoClarity website:

  • Terms & Conditions
  • Privacy Policy
  • Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Disclaimer
  • Cookie Policy (where applicable)

These documents form part of my agreement with Morpho Digital.

13. Consent to Receive Services

By proceeding with my booking, I confirm that:

  • I am at least 18 years of age.
  • I am voluntarily requesting the services offered by MorphoClarity.
  • I understand the nature and limitations of these services.
  • I accept full responsibility for my own decisions and actions.
  • I freely consent to receive the consultation or service I have selected.

14. Changes to This Agreement

Morpho Digital may update this Consent Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or business practices.

The latest version will always be published on this page together with the revised Last Updated date.
