We want you to be fully informed before booking a session with MorphoClarity, operated by Morpho Digital. All payments made are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
1. Overview
No Refunds
All sessions are final once booked and paid for. We do not issue refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or dissatisfaction with a session.
2. All Sales Are Final
By booking a session with MorphoClarity, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind before or after the session
- Cancellation at any point, including well in advance of the session
- Failure to attend the session (“no-show”)
- Dissatisfaction with the guidance, coaching, or healing provided
- The outcome of any events predicted or discussed during a session not unfolding as expected
- Technical issues on your end, such as connectivity problems during your Zoom session
3. Rescheduling Your Session
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that circumstances can change. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to offer you an alternative time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your session, or after a missed session, are accommodated at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
4. Why We Don’t Offer Refunds
Each session represents dedicated, prepared one-on-one time with our practitioner, including time spent reviewing your details and preparing for your specific questions ahead of the session. Because of this personal, time-bound nature of our services, we are unable to offer refunds once a session is booked.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
If a session could not take place due to an error on our part — such as a technical failure on our end or the practitioner being unavailable at the scheduled time — please contact us, and we will work with you directly to arrange a replacement session at no additional cost.
