These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MorphoClarity website and the booking of any session offered through it. By accessing our website or booking a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, browsing our services, or booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Consent Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website or book a session.
2. Who We Are
MorphoClarity is a brand operated by Morpho Digital (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). All services offered under the MorphoClarity name — including Vedic Guidance and Healing & Clarity Life Coaching — are provided by Morpho Digital, and all agreements made through this website, including this one, are entered into with Morpho Digital.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement.
4. Our Services
MorphoClarity offers two service verticals:
- Vedic Guidance — including Birth Chart Reading, Solution to Your Query, Palmistry, Numerology, Business Name Numerology, Vastu Consultation, Deep-Dive Sessions, and Training
- Healing & Clarity Life Coaching — including Life Coaching, Counselling, Career Transitions, Trauma Recovery, Relationship Guidance, Personal Clarity & Decision-Making, Reiki Healing, Pranic Healing, and Training
All sessions are conducted live, one-on-one, over Zoom. We do not offer pre-recorded content, and sessions are not recorded by us.
5. Booking & Payment
Sessions are booked through our website and confirmed via our scheduling platform after successful payment. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. By completing a booking, you agree to pay the full amount listed for the service selected.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your session free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
7. Nature of Our Services
MorphoClarity provides Vedic astrology guidance, numerology, palmistry, Vastu consultation, life coaching, counselling, and energy healing services for informational and personal-growth purposes only. These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice. 8. Client Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information when booking a session, including accurate birth details where relevant to your reading. You agree to conduct yourself respectfully during sessions. We reserve the right to decline service or end a session early in cases of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior, without obligation to provide a refund in such cases.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the MorphoClarity name and branding — is the property of Morpho Digital and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morpho Digital and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any decisions made based on guidance received during a session. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the session in question.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Morpho Digital, its practitioners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
